Proverbially is operated by Konscious Love LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect and why. The short version: we collect very little, and we don’t sell any of it.

Only to run the Service: to remember which packs you bought so they unlock when you sign in, to send you a sign-in link when you ask for one, and to respond if you contact us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing email.
Purchase records and the email address attached to them are kept for as long as your account exists, since they’re what makes your packs work — and for as long as we’re required to retain transaction records. Sign-in links expire shortly after being sent. Game rooms, including anything typed during a game, are held in the server’s memory only, are never written to disk, and are gone when the server restarts. Nothing typed in a game is reused anywhere else in the app.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or Texas privacy law. We’ll honor those requests regardless of where you are.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
