That’s enough for us to find the purchase. We aim to reply within a few business days. Once approved, the refund is issued through Stripe to your original payment method — how quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank, typically 5–10 business days.
We refund duplicate charges in full, always, regardless of the 14-day window. It shouldn’t happen — the app blocks buying a pack you already own — but it is still possible if you bought the same pack while signed out under a different email address. If the app detects it, it will tell you so at checkout. Either way, email us and we’ll put it right.
We may remove access to a refunded pack from your account.
If something looks wrong on your statement, email us first — it's a faster way to get your money back than filing a dispute with your bank, and we will almost certainly just refund you if you ask. Charges from us appear on your statement as PLAYPROVERBIALLY.COM.
